PRESENTATION

• les cotisations de ses membres ou droit d'entrée,
• ses manifestations publiques (galas, concerts, expositions),
• la vente en France des produits issus de la production des ateliers de loisirs ou de formations professionnelles de l'association (spiruline, tableaux, objets artisanaux et artistiques...),
• les subventions de l’Etat, des départements et des communes,
• les donations et legs.
  

• Animation par des bénévoles de façon à minimiser les frais de fonctionnement.
  
• Quelle que soit l'origine de la demande, décision de financement d'une action après enquête préalable sur le terrain.
  

• Le souci de l'environnement,
• les compétences de l'association et les compétences locales,
• la volonté de réussir ,
• le financement des voyages reste d'abord l'affaire de chacun.
• Sur le terrain, au plus près de ceux qui en ont besoin, en s'adaptant aux réalités rencontrées.
• Aide suivi et contrôlée périodiquement, avec prise en charge éventuelle de la maintenance ou du emplacement du matériel, si nécessaire.
• L'association est prête à coopérer avec toutes autres ONG ou associations partageant nos objectifs .

ENGLISH

 ABOUT US:

"Les enfants du dragon" (litterally : "the dragon’s kids")  is a french NGO under the French 1901, July, 1st, law,  non profit organization, registered on february the 15th 2009, and published on the official Congressionnal journal under no 20090010.

The association has for subject : "To support financially and materially humanitarian projects in support to the Vietnamese poorest people and to allow volunteers to proceed some missions in Vietnam for the association or through other partners;  to promote the humanitarian actions through a news-bulletin and its internet site:  www.lesenfantsdudragon.com.

The actions and missions to humanitarian goals, are organized according to the local needs. They allow the volunteers to discover the world through an useful experience and concrete social actions, economic, educational... actions They concern the accompaniment of very resourceless people (orphans, Street children, disabled, HIV  infected children) and help through existing structures already in place (schools, firm schools, clinics…), construction of houses for the poor people... They encourage, particularly, the discovery of different cultures and different people, by sharing and meeting."

ACTION LINES

•    Activities by volunteers in order to minimize operating expenses.
•    Wherever a query comes from, the decision to fund an action is made after a previous investigation on the field.

-    The criteria considered are the following:  

   o    the concern for environment;
   o    the association’s skills and the local skills;
   o    the will to succeed;
   o    funding trips is still a personal choice;
   o    on the field, near those in need, by adapting to the realities that we meet.
   o    assistance periodically tracked and monitored, with a potential support of equipment maintenance or
        replacement, if need be.
   o    The association is ready to cooperate with any other NGO or association sharing our objectives.

GIỚI THIỆU

Hội "Những đứa con của rồng" ("Les enfants du dragon") là một tổ chức của Pháp, đựợc thành lập theo Luật ngày 01/07/1901, khai báo ngày 15/02/2009 và công bố trên "Journal officiel" của Pháp ngày 07/03/2009 với số niêm yết là 20090010 và mã xác nhận WALDEC W596003365.

Hội được thành lập với mục tiêu giúp đỡ về tài chính cũng như về vật chất các dự án từ thiện nhằm giúp đỡ những người nghèo ở Việt Nam và qua đó tạo cơ hội cho những người tình nguyện tham gia những nhiệm vụ từ thiện cho Hội hoặc gián tiếp qua các hội thành viên khác; khuyến khích các hoạt động từ thiện thông qua bản tin và các nội dung khác trên trang web của Hội : www.lesenfantsdudragon.com.

Các hoạt động và nhiệm vụ từ thiện của hội được tổ chức dựa theo nhu cầu của từng địa phương. Việc này cho phép những người tình nguyện khám phá thế giới với các trải nghiệm hữu ích và các hành động cụ thể mang tính xã hội, kinh tế, giáo dục… Các hoạt động và nhiệm vụ bao gồm việc gặp gỡ những người trong hoàn cảnh khó khăn, neo đơn (trẻ em mồ côi, trẻ em đường phố, người tàn tật, trẻ em nhiễm HIV/AIDS…) và giúp đỡ họ cùng với cơ sở vật chất sẵn có (trường học, trường dạy nghề, phòng khám chữa bệnh…), xây dựng nhà tình nghĩa cho những người nghèo… Các hoạt động và nhiệm vụ của hội cũng sẽ tạo điều kiện cho tình nguyện viên khám phá nền văn hóa và dân tộc Việt Nam, cùng với đó là sự chia sẻ, gặp gỡ.

KHẢ NĂNG TÀI CHÍNH

Các thu nhập chính của Hội đến từ :

•    đóng góp của các thành viên và phí gia nhập Hội,

•    các hoạt động thu phí của Hội (gala, biểu diễn, triển lãm),

•    hoạt động kinh doanh các sản phẩm do thành viên của Hội làm ra qua các hoạt động giải trí hoặc các khóa dào tạo chuyên nghiệp trong khuôn khổ hoạt động của Hội (spiruline, tranh vẽ, sản phẩm thủ công và nghệ thuật...),

•    trợ cấp của Chính phủ, cơ quan chức năng của Tỉnh, Thành phố

•    tiền và tặng vật từ các mạnh thường quân.

NGUYÊN TẮC HOẠT ĐỘNG

•   Chủ yếu dựa vào sự tham gia của tình nguyện viên để thiết kiệm chi phí hoạt động.

•   Đối với bất kỳ yêu cầu giúp đỡ nào, chỉ quyết định tài trợ sau khi đã tiến hành điều tra sơ bộ tại chỗ.

-    Câc tiêu chí được xem xét bao gồm:  

•     mối quan tâm đối với môi trường,

•     khả năng của hội và khả năng của địa phương,

•     có sự mong muốn thành công

•     chi phí du lịch phải chủ yếu là tự túc.

•     ở địa điểm hoạt động, sánh vai cùng những người cần sự giúp đỡ, và tự thích ứng với hoàn cảnh gặp phải.

•     Trợ giúp thường xuyên, giám sát định kỳ và có thể bảo trì, thay thế các thiết bị nếu cần thiết.

•     Hội sẵn sàng hợp tác cùng với các tổ chức phi chính phủ hoặc các tổ chức khác có cùng mục tiêu với
      chúng tôi.
